LookShift generates AI styling previews (hairstyle, outfit, accessories, short videos) from a photo you choose. We keep data collection minimal.

What we process

• Your photos. The portrait (and optional garment photo) you pick is compressed and stripped of EXIF/location on your device, then uploaded to a private store to run the generation you requested. Input photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. They are never public and never used to train models by us.
• Generated results. Images/videos you generate are kept for 30 days so your history works, then deleted. You can save them to your device at any time.
• AI processing. To generate your styling results, your photo is sent to the following third-party AI services under our instructions: OpenAI (image editing and diagnosis), fal.ai (image generation, FASHN virtual try-on, ByteDance Seedance video). These providers process your photo solely to fulfill the specific generation you requested. Your photo is not retained by these providers beyond the processing window. The app asks for your explicit consent before any photo is sent.
• Anonymous ID. A random per-install id (not linked to your identity) tracks your credit balance and history. No account, no email.
• Purchases. Handled by Apple. We receive only an anonymous transaction id to credit your balance.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, don't use your photos for advertising or model training, don't build face databases, and never post anything publicly.

Safety filters

Uploads are screened automatically. Photos that appear to show minors are rejected for styling changes; sexualized content is blocked in both input and output.

Your choices

Delete any history item in the app (removes the stored result immediately), or email us to wipe everything tied to your anonymous id.
